"Unauthorized purchases finally got fixed"
I had a few unauthorized Robux purchases show up on my account i was stressed and annoyed about it. I contacted Roblox support, and while I got impatient waiting for it to be handled, they did look into it and helped get everything fixed. They were polite enough, even if the process felt slower than I wanted. Just glad it’s finally sorted out.

"Age verification was easier than I expected"
I finally did the age verification on Roblox, and it was way simpler than I thought it would be. I usually notice these verification things follow the same pattern: a bunch of steps, one little issue, then waiting around forever. But this one just had me follow the prompts, upload what it asked for, and it was done in a few minutes. I was expecting it to fail or get stuck somewhere, but it went through fine. Nice to have the extra features unlocked without it turning into a whole hassle.

"Always Something Fun to Play"
Roblox has so many good games, and some of them feel even better made than games you actually have to pay for. Every time I log in, I end up finding something new to try with my friends, which keeps it really fun. It’s become one of those places where we can just hang out, laugh, and make memories, and that means a lot to me.

I had a problem with my game payout and reached out to support. I wasn’t totally sure how it was going to go, but they ended up helping me get it sorted quickly. It wasn’t exactly perfect, but to be fair, they did fix the issue.

"I went back and forth about letting…"
I went back and forth about letting my son use Roblox because I wasn’t sure how comfortable I felt with it. But the parental controls have made me feel a lot better. I can set limits, choose who’s allowed to message him, and double-check the privacy settings when I start overthinking it. It’s not perfect, and I still catch myself wondering if I missed something, but overall it gives me some peace of mind. Setup was surprisingly easy too, even for someone like me

"I had an issue with my kid’s..."
I had an issue with my kid’s account and, i thought it was going to take forever to get fixed.

But Roblox support got back to me quickly, asked for the right info, and didn’t make the whole thing confusing, which was a relief.
After that, they got it sorted and we could log in again. The website isn’t perfect sometimes, but the support person was nice and actually helped, so... yeah, 5 stars from me.

I got a warning once and, you know, after I actually went back and read the rules, it made sense. Totally fine. Super calm about it. I’ve also noticed reports seem to get reviewed, which is good. It’s not perfect every single time, but overall Roblox moderation feels fair to me.

"Refund took a bit, but it worked out"
Had a little issue with a roblox purchase and ended up asking for a refund. Support didn’t reply super fast, which was a bit annoying at first, but they did get back to me and explained what was going on. I was kind of expecting it to be a whole hassle, but it wasn’t really. Got the refund in the end, everything went through fine, so yeah, happy with how they handled it.

"Works well across my devices"
I use Roblox on my phone, laptop, and sometimes on Xbox, and it works well on all of them. I’m always a little nervous with apps like this because I don’t want to get fooled into losing progress or having things not sync right, but my account saves everything fine and I can switch devices easily. Some games do lag here and there, but that’s usually just my Wi-Fi acting up. Overall, it’s been really fun and reliable

"Mostly Feels Safe, Even If It’s Not Perfect"
Roblox has been good about enforcing rules from what I’ve seen. At the same time, I can’t say the report system works super fast every single time, which is kind of frustrating. But usually, the bad stuff does get taken down eventually, so I feel better about letting my kids play. It’s not perfect, but it still feels like they’re trying to keep things safer.

"Fun to Play, But Robux Goes Too Fast"
I still have a good time playing roblox, so I’m not trying to act like it’s a bad game or anything. I play it often and enjoy a lot of the games, but I feel like the value of Robux just isn’t that great. You can spend real money and then it’s gone almost instantly on one or two items. I get that games need to make money, but some experiences make it feel like you need Robux to really enjoy them, which gets frustrating. I don’t mind paying here and there, I just wish the prices felt a little more fair

"Good privacy features, but the settings could be easier"
I’ve had a decent experience with Roblox’s privacy options, especially for kids’ accounts. The chat controls are helpful and give some peace of mind, but I do wish a few of the settings were easier to find instead of having to dig around. Overall it’s good, but considering the hassle, I’d definitely appreciate some kind of compensation or credit for the inconvenience...

"Still having fun on Roblox"
I did get banned once, but it was fair. Support explained what happened clearly, even the little details about why it was flagged, so I couldn’t really argue with it. Since then, the game actually feels a bit safer to me, and I’m still having a good time playing Roblox.

The site is really simple to figure out. My kids can hop on and find games fast, whether they’re looking for puzzles, racing games, dress-up stuff, matching games, or just something quick to play for a few minutes. I don’t have to keep helping them click around or search for things, which is nice.

How can i be a good parent and monitor my kids on roblox? they have spent a lot of money on roblox using my credit card and debit card.

“The best option is to put the computer in the living room or some open space, and asking them what do they do on Roblox. Parental controls is never an option to monitor your kids. If you don't want your kids to spend your credit card, tell to stop, punish, refund, or cancel your credit card. Also, if you are uneasy with roblox, it's best not to let your kids play it.”

For some reason random people get banned on roblox for no reason are there admin abusers?
